INFORMATION REGARDING'ART. 13 OF LEGAL DECREE N. 196/03

In accordance with legislative decree 13 of 30 June 2003, n. 196, we inform you that the data you supply will be treated in the context of the electronic and/or paper database belonging to the Gapp family, in full observation of legislative decree n. 196 on the treatment of personal data.

We guarantee the utmost privacy as regards all data supplied by you. Treatment of such data will follow the procedures listed below:

1. data will be used to complete any documentation required by current laws, and in particular the norms on Public Safety;

2. data will be used by the Gapp family to inform you of any promotional offers, initiatives, catalogues and price lists.

Submission of data is compulsory, as specified by law and required for any contractual relationship. Any changes in personal data should be communicated as soon as possible. Your data will only ever be shared with Public Safety Authorities, in accordance with article 109 of T.U.L.P.S.; with this exception your data will never be shared or forwarded to third parties and will only be kept for the period of time prescribed by the current norms.
